Conditions

Mental disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, major depression disorder, adjustment disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia

Interventions

Walking as low-intensity aerobic exercise twice a week for 20 minutes per session for a total of 12 sessions for 6 weeks. Six weeks of regular home-visit nursing care.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those with mental disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, major depression disorder, adjustment disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, etc. who are using psychiatric home-visit nursing. 2.Those whose age is between18 and 65 years old. 3.Those who are determined to have high anxiety sensitivity based on the total score of ASI-3. 4.Subjects who have been fully informed of the study and have given written consent of their own free will. 5.Subjects who are judged to be capable of low-intensity exercise therapy by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), and who do not have any contraindications to exercise therapy. 6.Subjects are not scheduled to start any new psychiatric medication during the study period. 7.Subjects not receiving cognitive behavioral therapy during the study period. Subjects who meet all of the following criteria will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of malignant neoplasm disease. 2.Patients with a contraindication to exercise in the study due to cardiovascular disease. 3.Patients with a history of osteoarthritis and significant pain with exercise. 4.Other patients who are deemed inappropriate as subjects by the principal investigator or family physician.
