Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Japanese men and women aged between 40 and 70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons under medication for diabetes, kidney diseases, or cardiovascular diseases 2. Persons using implantable medical devices such as pacemakers 3. Persons with joint pain or arthritis in legs and/or hip joint 4. Persons supervised not to exercise 5. Persons unable to use a wearable device and application software by a smart phone
