Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were having postpartum depression according to clinical tests and psychiatrist confirmation, age range of 30 to 40 years, not using other treatment methods such as psychotherapy and psychiatric drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were the presence of a disorder other than postpartum depression, the use of psychiatric drugs, and lack of motivation to participate in the research.
