Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Must be a community secondary school teacher, 2. Must have licensed to practice by the recognized body, 3. Must have been identified by the dependent measures (baseline test)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teachers who met the study criteria were selected for the study and those who did not were excluded
