Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clinical or pathological diagnosis of locally recurrent rectal cancer between January 1, 2011 and July 31, 2023. 2. Local recurrence after R0/1 excision. 3.Previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy for rectal cancer, distant metastasis, or resection of metastases are not included.
