A two-month case study workplace education program for entry-level occupational therapists.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for selecting subjects: (1) those who were new graduates in the year of implementation (with less than one year of experience), (2) those who were employed full-time, and (3) those who consented to the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are those on maternity leave or childcare leave.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcomes are the Self-Assessment scale of Clinical Reasoning in Occupational Therapy (SA-CROT) and the Occupational Identity Scale, measured before and after the implementation of the case study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Free-text questionnaire. Only after implementation.
