Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participant1: stroke, hydrocephalus, brain tumor, traumatic encephalopathy, spinocerebellar degeneration, parkinson's disease, pneumonia, heart failure, infection participant2: licensed physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech therapist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: None of the participants had any indications of the following symptoms: (a) orthopedic disorders such as fracture or amputation of the upper limb, (b) severe respiratory or circulatory disease. And (c) informed consent have not been obtained.
