Inclusion criteria: The patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy The patients who do not refuse to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria: Performance status 3-4 according to ECOG criteria Other patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as research subjects.
