Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) not have dementia (MMSE score of 24 or higher), (2) participate in group exercise, and (3) be available for periodic evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have dementia and have difficulty understanding the exercise.
