Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have given written consent to participate in this ancillary study 2) Patients for whom FFPE specimen was obtained prior to initiation of cabozantinib + nivolumab combination therapy 3) Institutions that have approved from the Ethics Review Committee for this study 4) Institutions that can provide patients' samples
