The intervention procedure is the same for both groups. Intervention group 1 will be those with high JMIQ-R, which is a measure of motor imagery ability. Participants completed three tasks: imagining
motor imagery ability is relatively low.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Young Adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with orthopedic diseases, neurological diseases and their sequelae, those with medical risks such as heart disease.
