Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to ICU due to acute heart failure Patients who are expected to stay in the ICU for more than 48 hours Patients who can walk independently before admission (including walking with a cane and using a walker)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 18 years old Patients with injuries or infections in the upper arm Patients who do not consent
