Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects are over 65 years of age who are independent in daily life and had not been hospitalized due to respiratory and circulatory diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a phobia of water, history of respiratory or cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, or smoking habit will be excluded.
