Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There is a difference in skeletal muscle mass between men and women, and this difference may affect the weight of the basketball and the distance to the goal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with orthopedic diseases, neurological diseases, or their sequelae, and those with medical risks such as heart diseases will be excluded.

We measure free throw performance, body circle and figure 8 performance as basketball-related tasks.

We confirm level of interest in basketball and wearables using a questionnaire.
