Interventions

Participants were instructed to consciously listen to music while practicing a dart task 20 times. Have participants practice the dart task 20 times without asking them to focus on the music.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who have never had darts experience or have had only one brief experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have played darts multiple times, those with orthopedic disease, neurological disease or its aftereffects, and those with medical risks such as heart disease.
