Inclusion criteria: Persons affiliated with Doshisha University Department of Medical and Life Systems and Doshisha University Graduate School of Medical and Life Systems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons currently suffering from some chronic disease and receiving pharmaceutical treatment.

Evaluation is performed by measuring blood sugar levels before, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes after ingesting the test food.
