Inclusion criteria: A nurse working in a ward with consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The head nurse and the research members are excluded because they know the research content.

MeasureTime frame
Aggregate the amount of Rubista payments per hospital bed from April to December to check for any changes Before the educational intervention, direct behavior observation is made using the same checklist above for the use of Rubista by nurses at the timing of two times two weeks after the intervention. For each item, evaluate it with using a checklist. Compare the percentage of the number of positive before and after educational intervention. After the educational intervention, a questionnaire will be conducted using Google Form.
