Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Population: Search terms: adult It was decided to adopt including those with ladder level 3 or higher. If the literature searched on pubMed and CINAHL includes other occupations of nurses, we will include them if nurses are the main subject. Concept: Search nurses OR nursing OR multitask OR multitasking
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Context: Search terms: (NOT) ; For students, new nurses, specialist nurses, certified nurses, public health nurses, midwives, and managers Contents that cannot be confirmed that the subject is a nursing ladder 3 or higher, or has more than 3 years of nursing experience Countries and regions that are not considered to be similar to Japan's medical level Documents not written in English or Japanese Excluding the following references Literature review papers Case studies Conference proceedings
