Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer or those with a strong clinical suspicion. Patients with clinical stage cT1N0M0 or cT2N0M0. Patients eligible for both surgical treatment and SBRT for lung cancer. Patients aged 18 or older. Gender is not a consideration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot appropriately utilize the treatment decision-making guide. Patients who have already determined their treatment plan. Other patients deemed ineligible by the primary physician.
