Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: over than 19-years-old Patients who underwent preoperative bile duct drainage to hilar biliary tract cancer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients who are otherwise judged by the investigator to be ineligible to participate in the study. The case of the malignant hilar biliary obstruction who conducted unilateral metallic stent placement
