Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants who did not participate in any pubertal changes intervention will be included. Study will include both who have achieved and who have not achieved puberty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: This intervention excludes all the students whose parents are not willing to give consent to participate with their children. Intervention excludes the population who will be physically impaired. The participants who will not complete their assessment will be excluded from the study.
