Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health check-up patients diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or functional constipation (FC) according to ROME IV criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of surgery for gastrointestinal malignant tumors and patients with organic illness such as inflammatory bowel disease will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in gastrointestinal symptoms (GSRS score, intestinal gas) due to physical activity.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, muscle mass, mental health, and quality of life (QOL) due to physical activity.
