Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Faculty members working full-time at Kansai Medical University Faculty of Nursing 2) Faculty members with nursing qualifications 3) Faculty members who have received sufficient explanation and consent of the research subject's free will to participate in this research with full understanding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Faculty members who are prone to motion sickness (VR sickness) 2) Faculty members deemed unsuitable as research subjects by the research director
