Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Agreement has been obtained from the principal concerning research participation in writing. 2) Conversation in Japanese is possible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Under treatment for hyperlipidemia, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes or hypertension. 2) Taking DHA/EPA supplements on a regular basis. 3) On antithrombotic medication. 4) Has ever felt sick or had a drop in blood pressure during or after blood collection. 5) Difficulty ingesting soft capsules. 6) Having allergy to soy and/or gelatine.
