Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: vaginal delivery using neuraxial analgesia at Showa University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with multiple pregnancies, intrauterine fetal death, epidural morphine administration, or inadequate records.

MeasureTime frame
Risk factors associated with severe perineal pain (Numerical Rating Scale >4) within 24 hours postpartum for multiparous and primiparous women.

Proportion of severe perineal pain within 24 hours postpartum for primiparous and multiparous women.
