Inclusion criteria: Students of Otsuma Women's University, Department of Food Science

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Persons who regularly use medicines (sleeping pills, etc.) that may affect the survey. 2.Persons who are regularly using food for specified health use, functional foods, health foods, etc. related to sleep improvement and anti-stress that may affect the survey. 3.Any other person who is judged to be inappropriate as a subject by the project manager.
