Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults who wished to participate in this study aged 20-64 years with no noted taste disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy adults who don't wished to participate in this study. Healthy adults with taste disorder. Smoker. Persons allergic to sucrose, glucose, fructose, lactose, or maltose.

MeasureTime frame
Healthy adults will be randomly divided into a 3-day taste recall training group and a control group, and their taste perception thresholds will be assessed at the beginning and end of the training.
