Inclusion criteria: Outpatients with newly diagnosed COPD indicating inhaler therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stage IV (%FEV1<30%) Dementia Prognosis is predicted within one year Overlap with bronchial asthma Informed consent is not obtained
