Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with severe asthma who meet all of the following criteria. 1. subjects who have been followed by pulmonologist for 3 months or more. 2. subjects who receive high dose inhaled steroids and long-activating beta stimulant (or leukotriene antagonist or theophylline) or biological products, or receive steroids systematically for half a year or more. 3. subjects who are supposed to get uncontrolled without the medication above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects who are unable to fill questionaries.
