Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly persons who were randomly selected from users of senior citizen activity facilities and who agreed to participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are known to be unable to exercise according to a prior questionnaire.
