Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At Miyoshi Eye Clinic, hydrophilic acrylic IOLs (Lentis Comfort: manufactured and sold by Santen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd./manufactured by Oculentis, Mini WELL Ready: SIFI) and hydrophobic acrylic IOLs (Tecnis OptiBlue: Johnson & Johnson) were implanted, and cases were followed up for 3 months postoperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with low risk factors for postoperative intraocular inflammation were included (excluding those with diabetes, uveitis, etc.).
