Use of a smartphone application that estimates the state of psychological improvement and suggests psychological state programs based on this estimation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who have indicated their willingness to participate in the study and have agreed to participate in the study based on their understanding of the explanation. Age of participants is over 15 years old and under 30 years old For the application use group, applicants whose private smartphone is an iPhone (iOS 13 or higher, iPhone 8 or higher), have at least approximately 800 MB of free space, and are able to install the specified applications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are taking medications on a daily basis that may affect the evaluation of this study (medications claiming to improve fatigue, stress, or sleep). Hearing problems that interfere with daily life. Participants in other intervention studies. Other subjects deemed inappropriate by the study staff.

Psychological test forms such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress (DASS)-21 before and after the use of the smartphone application show improvement in psychological status.
