Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy male over 18 years old (2) Experienced person is a person who has completed yoga instructor qualification (3) Inexperienced person is a person who has no experience of yoga

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons with a history of surgery on the limbs or trunk (2) Subjects with orthopedic or medical diseases at the time of the experiment
