Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients: Have received a medical prescription for rehabilitation and are currently undergoing rehabilitation programs at other facilities such as day care services, with no changes in frequency during the study period (to exclude interventions from other rehabilitation programs). Can understand the significance of this study and cooperate with it, or have the understanding and cooperation of a caregiver (for completing questionnaires and various assessments). Adults (18 years or older). Nurses: Willing to participate in this study, able to complete the questionnaire, acquire skills through the manual, and conduct interventions and evaluations on users. Adults (18 years or older).
