Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The program is open to persons who are able to demonstrate their own free will with full understanding. 1) Over 65 years old. 2) Independent basic activities of daily living. 3) normal cognitive function; 4) Not diagnosed with dysphagia.

Exclusion criteria: Participants who do not meet the selection criteria
