Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Must be a municipal public health nurse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) When strong psychological stress is expected from the interview, such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms, etc. (2) When it is difficult to cooperate with the survey due to work-related difficulties (3) Other cases in which the person in charge of the survey deems it inappropriate to participate in the survey.
