Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: [Community nurses] A nationally certified public health nurse, midwife, or nurse who is in charge of newborn home-visits in a municipality in Okinawa Prefecture. [Newborns and infants] (1) Those who visit obstetricians or pediatricians in Okinawa prefecture. (2) Those who do not have any medical conditions that require treatment. The age of the child should be up to approximately 4 months old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria. Those who do not wish to participate in this study.
