Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the Rehabilitation Unit of Fujita Medical College Hospital and charged for admission to the Rehabilitation Unit of a hospital with specific functions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who opted out and offered to be excluded
