Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of choledocholithiasis with acute cholangitis from April 2018 to July 2023 that achieved stone removal by ERCP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Complicated with malignant bile duct stricture. 2) Reconstructed bowel other than the Billroth method 1 in the endoscope insertion route to the duodenal papilla. 3) A fistula is formed between the bile duct and the gastrointestinal tract
