For those who have expressed their willingness to participate in this study, appropriate consent will be obtained from those who can be judged to have a high tendency to ruminate. For those who are a

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects who are 20 years old or older and have a tendency to ruminate. Measured by the RTQ-10 questionnaire, those with a score of 32 or higher are considered to have ruminative tendencies. Must be able to wear VR goggles. Have a Wi-fi environment at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have difficulty wearing VR goggles due to sensory sensitivity, etc.

We will evaluate the Repetitive Thinking Questionnaire-10 scores measured before the start of the study by comparing them with the scores measured after the intervention.
