Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2nd-4th year students of this department who understand the purpose of this study and have given consent to participate in the study who have had experience in hygine care in class

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with a history of chronic back pain Pregnant or suspected pregnancy Menstruating women with back pain People who are over 175 cm in height People who have complaints of poor physical condition.
