Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Children with physical illness (pediatric cancer, transplant surgery) who have been hospitalized for more than one month at our center and their families 2) Children hospitalized for more than 1 month in our department (mainly adjustment disorder, depression, etc.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time consent is obtained, or who are otherwise judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as subjects.
