Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults over the age of 18 with a diagnosis of stroke and prescribed rehabilitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who have a history of stroke in the past, 2) Patients who are not independent in prehospital ADL, 3) Patients who cannot perform evaluation, 4) patients who cannot obtain informed consent.
