Inclusion criteria: I. male or female, 18 years of age or older II. Able to give written informed consent III. no history or current treatment for mental illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. taking any medications, including supplements II. pregnant or lactating III. are undergoing treatment for anemia IV. smoker V. have an allergy to metals
