Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent 2. Those who have undergone or will undergo a renal biopsy for the purpose of investigation of the renal disease as part of routine medical care within 30 days of the 18F-FAPI-74 PET/CT 3. Those who have undergone or will undergo an eGFRcys (cystatin C) blood test to evaluate renal disease for the purpose of investigation of the renal disease as part of routine medical care within 30 days of the 18F-FAPI-74 PET/CT 4. Those who can obtain written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are or may be pregnant 2. Those who have undergone or will undergo treatment for the disease between the 18F-FAPI-74 PET/CT and renal biopsy 3. Patients for whom furosemide administration is considered inappropriate by the referring physician 4. Patients for whom water intake is considered inappropriate by the referring physician 5. Those who are with severe claustrophobia 6. Those who are considered to be inappropriate to participate in this study by the principal investigator or sub-investigator
