Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-time employees of Rakwakai Otowa Hospital and Rakwakai Otowa Rehabilitation Hospital who had contact with SARS-CoV2-positive persons without masks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gargled nose within the past 14 days of contact with an infected person Has had surgery on the nasal cavity Has had COVID19 within the past 3 months Already have respiratory tract symptoms (cough, nasal discharge, sore throat) or fever (>37.5 degrees) Unable to accept the assignment of gargling or not gargling
