Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who received physical examination at Ishikawa Matto Central Hospital. Patients who underwent a 75 g oral glucose tolerance test (75 g OGTT) at 0 years and 8 years. patients with diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, etc. Patients provided written informed consent before participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women.

MeasureTime frame
Body composition, body weight, BMI, and blood pressure. HbA1c, laboratory evaluations, including hematology, serum chemistry, 75g OGTT. Gene expression profiling of peripheral blood cells. To analyze the association between gene excretion and biomarkers over an 8-year period.
