Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing scheduled laparotomy Patients who are American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical State (ASA-PS)1-2 Patients undergoing scheduled Pancreaticoduodenectomy or distal pancreatectomy Patients who do not plan not to receive Flurbiprofen axetil (brand name Lopion) for MTS prophylaxis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients taking NSAIDs routinely Patients taking Antihistamine Drugs ruotinely Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus as a comorbidity
