Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who work mainly at a desk (more than half of their working hours are spent in a sedentary position).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who complain of pain that interferes with daily life, those who have typical physical disabilities due to cerebrovascular disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., and those with severe cardiopulmonary risks that make it difficult to perform full-body exercise.
