Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For elementary and junior high school baseball team members who were able to cooperate in participating in the study among players of softball teams

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) have a history of shoulder surgery, (2) have had shoulder symptoms requiring medical care within the past year, or (3) have shoulder pain of at least 5 out of 10 using a pain numerical scale.

The shoulder ROM (internal rotation, external rotation, horizontal adduction, and total rotation) was measured using a digital inclinometer before and after the intervention.
